With more than two decades in human resources roles, including People & Culture leadership roles in business startups, small to medium sized businesses, global/ASX listed corporations and not for profit organisations, I bring deep insight into what makes emerging and established leaders succeed and where they may need support.
Having worked across healthcare, financial services and emergency volunteer services, I understand the complexity of leading people through growth, change and challenge.
