These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.beckonmentoring.com.au and its related services, features, and content (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You (the “Client”) must be at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts and Security

If you create an account:

• You must provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
  Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.
• Upload or distribute malicious software or harmful code.
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
• Use automated tools (bots, scraping, etc.) without permission.
• We may investigate violations and take appropriate action, including account termination.

4. User Content

If you submit, post, or upload content to the Service ("User Content"):

• You retain ownership of your content.
• You grant www.beckonmentoring.com.au a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content as necessary to operate the Service.

We may remove content at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

6. Roles & Responsibilities

The Coach’s Role: To hold a safe, confidential space, offer insights, and provide practical tools to help the Client navigate their career transition or personal growth journey.

The Client’s Role: To show up fully, take personal responsibility for their decisions, and implement the agreed-upon actions.

7. Cancelation Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel a session, a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required. Sessions missed without 24 hours' notice will be forfeited and not refunded.

8. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We do not guarantee that the Service will:

• Be uninterrupted
• Be error-free
• Meet your expectations

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may contain links or integrations with third-party services or websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimer

The Client understands that coaching and mentoring is not a substitute for professional mental health therapy, legal counsel, or certified financial planning. The Coach provides guidance, but all career, financial, and life decisions are ultimately the sole responsibility of the Client.

The Client is to seek appropriate professional financial, legal, mental health or medical services as necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, www.beckonmentoring.com.au disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, www.beckonmentoring.com.au, its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business
• Damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service

In no event will our total liability exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (if any) during the previous 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless www.beckonmentoring.com.au, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses resulting from:

• Your use of the Service
