This program is designed for operational and functional leaders, as well as managers who report directly to the CEO's direct reports.
This module is the final piece of our Workplace Development program. It can be adopted as an individual development module or as part of the broader Beckon Mentoring bespoke leadership development program.

The experience
Zoom Video Calls
3 x individual 1-hour coaching sessions which will include weekly pre-work and assessments that will be debriefed in the sessions.

Each leader/manager will be encouraged to reflect on a goal that would assist them in their ability to lead and support their career development.
Follow-Up Support
Includes resource recommendations and 1 week of unlimited email guidance.
