This is the second part ('Phase 2') of our 2-part Senior Leader/Executive Leadership Development program. This can be taken as a standalone module if CEO/MD-level development is not required ('Phase 1') or as part of the broader Senior Leader/Executive Leadership and Functional/ Operational Leader Development programs.

The experience
Team development
All members of the Senior/Executive Leadership team to complete an online assessment that identifies each leader’s strengths and areas for development.
Team debrief
Debrief on 12 elements of team performance to review strengths and areas for development. The team will then work together to decide on priority areas of focus to develop clear, measurable goals and supporting plans.
